Supreme Court

Appeals and special leave petitions under Article 136 before the Supreme Court of India, including appeals from the High Courts and from specialist tribunals, and matters involving questions of statutory and constitutional interpretation.Appeals and special leave petitions before the Supreme Court of India in corporate, commercial and financial matters, including appeals under Section 62 of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code from the NCLAT, appeals under Section 37 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, and special leave petitions under Article 136. Matters involving questions of statutory interpretation arising from the commercial statutes. Appellate work spans the range of the Court's civil, commercial and constitutional jurisdiction.

Insolvency & Restructuring 

Proceedings under the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016 — corporate insolvency resolution, liquidation, resolution plans, and disputes between creditors, promoters and resolution applicants. Includes Section 29A eligibility, avoidance transactions, admission and rejection of claims, committee-of-creditors voting and creditor rights, before the NCLT and in appeal before the NCLAT and the Supreme Court.

Company Law & Shareholder Disputes 

Proceedings under the Companies Act, 2013, including oppression and mismanagement under Sections 241–242, rectification of the register of members, disputes over share capital and transfer, board and director powers, related-party transactions, and schemes of arrangement and amalgamation.

Banking, Finance & Securities

Debt enforcement and recovery, proceedings under the SARFAESI Act and before the Debts Recovery Tribunals, enforcement of guarantees and security interests, disputes arising from lending and financing arrangements, and matters concerning securities regulation and enforcement.

Arbitration

Domestic and institutional arbitration, including interim relief under Section 9, challenges to awards under Section 34, appeals under Section 37, and enforcement of domestic and foreign awards under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. 

Commercial Disputes

Contractual disputes, suits for recovery and specific performance, claims for damages, and commercial suits before the courts at Delhi.
